Mentoring 

Employee training system under which a more experienced individual (the mentor) is assigned to act as an advisor, counsellor, or guide to a junior, trainee or colleague. The mentor is responsible for providing support to, and feedback on, the individual in their charge.

Inter-personal relationships, trust, friendships among managers and employees are an inimitable capability that other firms cannot easily develop hence the importance of mentoring and coaching.
